We then went to a prayer ceremony along the ganges river. Sadly the river was too high to ride a boat, but it was still a fascinating experience to see all of these people gathered together for the ceremony.
There were several kids trying to sell us stuff at the Ganges. It was hard to repeatedly say "no".
This girl was quite persistent and funny. I finally gave in and bought something from her.
A priest put a red dot on our foreheads and blessed us. If you can't tell it was very hot and sweaty standing along the ganges with all of those people!
